Forewarned Is Foreclosed
People always say that being forewarned is forearmed but in the case of our very own litigious lawyer, Jessica Serenity Simpson (aka Jessica Yaniv aka Jonathan Yaniv) forewarned is finally foreclosed.
Despite our favourite jammy dodger, dodging calls, letters, and bleating that he is a victim of disinformation from his mortgage company, then hiding behind the door of his soon to be repossessed condo, the inevitable has come to fruition and the foreclosure hearing with his mortgage provider is finally happening.
Fed up with his delaying tactics, the court have set the Foreclosure hearing for the 10th of July, despite not having been able to agree on a date for the hearing with our favourite resident moron, no doubt Jonny boy will drag it out and attempt to make himself a victim in order to delay the proceedings but something tells us that this time, these tactics will not work. It’s time to pay the piper Jonny boy and that pipers name is Alta West, so unless he’s able to stump up $380k+ (MeowMix’s calculated estimate of what is owed by now) then it’s cardboard city for him. Something tells me that he won’t be finding that in loose change in the bottom of Mummy Miriam’s handbag. There may be enough in there to buy some cardboard boxes and packing tape though.
Jessica Yaniv Simpson Foreclosure Recap
In March 2025, the mortgage company Alta West filed for Foreclosure on Jessica Simpson, aka Jessica Yaniv aka Jonathan Yaniv.
In April 2025, after JYS tried evading the court document servers to try to stall the process, Alta West simply had the court deem that JYS has been served. He couldn’t hide.
Delaying the inevitable, May 3, 2025 JYS decided to reply to the claim – with a long winded accusation against the mortgage company.
JYS claimed that due to being deaf and disabled and unable to understand contract law, Alta West had fraudulently entrapped him into paying a mortgage for 2 years.
When JYS didn’t renew properly in 2024, Alta West renewed the mortgage themselves at a much higher interest rate – as is their right by Canadian law.
In November 2024, JYS decided to stop paying the mortgage entirely and started claiming Alta West committed fraud – in an evident attempt to grift the lender.
Well, it would appear that Alta West doesn’t care what flimsy accusations JYS is flinging, that shit won’t stick.
Looks like JYS has been dragging out the process and “can’t agree” on the length of time the court date set for July 10th, 2025 should take.
According to Alta West – the court should only take 5 minutes to decide to process. JYS wants 2 hours. We all know Jon has never lasted more than 5 minutes!
